Email tim@selfso.net. Include the page or feature you were using, what you expected, and the error message you saw. Do not send passwords, OAuth codes, access tokens, or private workspace content.

For Codex or Claude connection problems, include the host name and whether the problem occurred while connecting, searching, previewing, or applying an approved change. You can permanently revoke a connection in Selfso Settings → AI connections. See the external AI connection guide for setup, approval, and disconnect behavior.

Use the same address for privacy rights, account closure, or data questions. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
