Selfso

External AI connections

Connect Claude or Codex to the Selfso content you can already access, prepare exact follow-up work, and apply it only after reviewing a sealed preview.

Effective 9 August 2026

What you need

You need a Selfso account with at least one accessible Space and a supported Claude or Codex account. Your existing Selfso Space, Project, membership, and content permissions continue to apply.

Connect

  1. Open the Selfso connector in Claude or Codex and choose Connect.
  2. Sign in to Selfso, confirm the account and Space reach shown on the consent page, then choose Allow.
  3. Return to the host and ask it to search your Selfso context or Actions. Search results contain only currently accessible resources.

Search and prepare work

The connector can search and open accessible Pages, Talk messages, and Actions. It can also prepare a new Page or Talk handoff, create an Action, or prepare approved Action updates for status, assignment, and append-only description changes.

Review before anything changes

Preview tools store a sealed, non-visible proposal and do not create or update visible Selfso content. The host must show the exact preview and obtain your explicit approval before a commit tool applies only the selected, unchanged work. Selfso rechecks permissions and current resource state at commit time.

Privacy and safety

Selfso receives only the bounded tool requests needed to perform the operation, not your full host conversation. Returned workspace content is marked as untrusted quoted data. Connector audit records exclude prompts, search words, content bodies, OAuth codes, and tokens. Read the full privacy notice for data handling and retention details.

Reconnect or disconnect

Manage included Spaces or permanently revoke a connection in Selfso Settings → AI connections. Disconnecting immediately revokes that host’s Selfso grant and refresh tokens. Reconnecting always requires fresh consent. For help, visit Selfso Support.
